I founded Northbridge Ledger with a simple belief: business owners deserve more than someone who simply records transactions. They deserve a trusted partner in their corner, who understands their business, takes genuine ownership of their financial process, and provides the confidence that comes from knowing their financial information is accurate, organized, and professionally managed.

Experience
With more than 15 years of experience in accounting and financial operations, including approximately eight years in senior finance leadership — I have worked across bookkeeping, payroll, accounts receivable and payable, treasury, cash-flow management, multi-currency banking, financial reporting, internal controls and process improvement.
My experience spans multiple industries, including legal services, healthcare, dental, forestry, manufacturing, marketing and professional services. Working across diverse organizations has strengthened my ability to quickly understand how businesses operate and adapt financial processes to support their unique needs.
What Drives My Work
Throughout my career, I have found that some of the greatest opportunities for improvement come from asking thoughtful questions.
I enjoy understanding how financial processes work, identifying the reasons behind recurring issues, and developing practical solutions that strengthen accuracy, efficiency, and financial visibility
Whether that means improving internal controls, streamlining bookkeeping processes, strengthening cash flow reporting, or uncovering opportunities hidden within financial information, my goal is always the same: to help business owner’s make confident, informed decisions.
Continuing Education
I believe continuous learning is essential in a profession that is constantly evolving.
In addition to earning my Accounting Diploma with honors and Payroll Compliance Professional designation, I am currently completing my Bachelor of Commerce while continuing my studies in accounting, business management, and management information systems. This ongoing education strengthens my ability to combine sound accounting principles with modern technology, data analysis, and financial systems to better support the businesses I serve.
